The initial evaluation will be completed at time of your first in person appointment will include getting your vital signs, assessment, measurements, reviewing lab work, and in depth converstion regarding medication risks and benefits, as well as education on what to expect with the medication, diet, exercise, etc. The initial evaluation fee is $250, starting costs of the weight loss program ranges from $250 – $350.
